Established in the year 1934, and aptly named ‘Progressive Education Society’, the Society has taken long strides in the modernization of education. Social service through dynamic education has been the time-honoured credo of the Progressive Education Society since its inception. The P.E. Society’s Modern Law College was established in the year 2003 through dynamic vision of Prof. Dr. Gajanan R. Ekbote, Chairman, P. E. Society, Pune 05.

In our endeavour to enhance legal skills and augment knowledge of law, we are inviting manuscript for Volume 3, Issue 1 of The 19 (1) (a) Peer Reviewed Half Yearly Law Journal bearing ISSN: 2348-4950.

CALL FOR PAPERS

The Modern Law College, Pune invites research articles in the area of ‘Law’ from Researchers, Students, Academicians, Fellows, Experts, Practitioners, Executives, Representatives from NGO and other relevant stake holders.

PUBLICATION

Selected papers (after evaluation by team of Peers) will be published in the Peer Reviewed Journal (with ISSN number 2348-4950).

FORMAT OF PAPER

Title: Size 14, Times New Roman Content: Size 12, Times New Roman, 2000 to 2500 words

Citation: SILC Footnoting System Line spacing 1.5

      Papers by Co-authors will not be allowed.

IMPORTANT DATES

Last date for Submission of Full Paper: 15^th August 2019.

HOW TO SUBMIT?

The candidates who wish to contribute their submission should send the electronic copy of their paper at info.mlcj@gmail.com or research@modernlawcollege.org  till 15^th August 2019.

FEES

Students: Rs.500                                                                         

PhD Scholars and Others: Rs.1000

Payment shall be made only by DD drawn in favour of “Principal, Modern Law College, Pune, 16.”
