  1. Where is the moot problem?? I am unable to find that

    1. Click on the link for brochure, the brochure itself has the moot problem.

  2. Four clarifications are sought by way of this comment:

    1. Whether the 'Presidential order' mentioned in Para (3) of the Moot Problem exactly same as "THE CONSTITUTION (APPLICATION TO JAMMU AND KASHMIR) ORDER, 2019"?
    2. Whether the ‘Ashmir Reorganisation Bill 2019' mentioned in the above mentioned Para exactly same as the "Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019"?
    3. Whether the phrase and expression "Legislative Assembly can work as the Constituent Assembly" mentioned in Para (1) of the Moot Problem a constituent of either the Constitution of Ashmir or Constitution of Indiana, or both?
    4. Whether earlier Presidential orders and promulgation applicable and relevant (partly or wholly) in the subject matter of this moot court competition?
